For these conical, ribbed galls found by Neal Kelso among the spent flowers of an unidentified Pennsylvania goldenrod. The host may be Solidago gigantea, in which case these may represent a new location for Rhopalomyia clarkei/inquisitor* galls on that host, rather than a novel gall.
